1.) The interview request form:
a. You may submit the interview request form directly from this page.
                                            OR
b. Print the interview request form and mail/email it: Interview Request Form

2.) The interview:
Upon receiving and processing your interview request, we will call you to schedule an interview. You will receive a call within one or two weeks of completing Step 1.

3.) Tuition assessment:
Unless you have chosen to opt-out and pay the maximum tuition, we obtain financial information (i.e. last year’s tax form) from you to assess the current year’s tuition for your child/children.

4.) Complete, Sign and Submit the Forms:
The three forms include the liability release form, the open-campus release form, and the consent form. Each student applying will need all three forms. These forms will be provided at the interview.

5.) Payment of Tuition:
Payment of Tuition, whether the first monthly payment or annual payment, must be received before the student’s second week. With payment, you are committed to one academic year. The payment is non-refundable.
